This whole thing is a circus. I don’t understand why most or all of the judicial, prosecutorial, and law enforcement folks are not recused, under investigation themselves. The appeal court judge’s comment that this conflict and abuse can be addressed at some future date is lame. The defendents, are victims today. Do they need to be bankrupted, have their lives destroyed now? What justice is it when their convictions, which this corrupt situation will lead to, are thrown out on appeal. How do they get their lives back. At the pace of this trial, will they even be alive?

I am not a lawyer, however from my viewpoint this is a speedy trail constitutional issue. The defendants are not delaying the trial, it is the Government.

Didn't everyone there know the Bandidos said "Don't wear a Texas Rocker" (meaning "we control Texas") and the Cossacks said "Yes we will" so there was going to be a big dispute at the 2015 WACO CoC? Just being there would mean trouble.

The "Rocker" is the bottom part. The Scimitars are a support club of the Cossacks. The Scimitars Sergeant of Arms is seen here on the right with the Cossacks at the Waco incident.

This stuff is not hard to look up. However, I get that if you didn't happen to be in the fight you shouldn't be in court for years.

Somehow, this whole prosecution needs to be taken completely away from The State of Texas and brought before a Federal Tribunal. This case simply shows the rest of the country that beneath the surface, the Texas Judicial “System” is completely corrupt. With the “appeals court judges” ( i.e. Joe Bob, Kutter, and Dickwad Scoggins) we are able to see that you are in “a heap a trouble” if you are part of a group that is considered “undesirable” by Texas Law Enforcement. And I just wonder if Texas still “allows” public school teachers to hit kids with a paddle?
I am so, so glad I turned down a job offer there twenty years ago. I shudder to think that my children might have had to grow up there (and have to learn to sing Sahlunt Naught at Christmas time). The kicker for me was when I asked the “city fathers” in the town (”Gateway to the Possum Kingdom Reservoir”) where we would be relocating if their city-owned swimming pool was integrated. Their answer was: Why sho, cose the ni**ers don't come cause they know they ain't welcome!”
