McConnell signals doubts about ObamaCare vote

Acknowledging that Senate Republicans may not be able to pass their ObamaCare repeal legislation, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is warning that action will then have to be taken to stabilize insurance markets.

“If my side is unable to agree on an adequate replacement, then some kind of action with regard to private health insurance markets must occur,” McConnell said at a Rotary Club meeting in Kentucky on Thursday, according to multiple reports.

Republicans are trying to move legislation through the Senate that would repeal and replace ObamaCare, but they face opposition from within their own party.

Put together a repeal deal and let the moderate GOP RINO's be the ones to refuse to sign on to it!

I dare them...

A large Bill was never going to get the support to pass.

Break it up into smaller bills and get them passed.

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) touted McConnell's comments, saying the Kentucky Republican “opened the door to bipartisan solutions.”

"It’s encouraging that Sen. McConnell today acknowledged that the issues with the exchanges are fixable,” Schumer said. “As we’ve said time and time again, Democrats are eager to work with Republicans to stabilize the markets and improve the law. At the top of the list should be ensuring cost-sharing payments are permanent, which will protect health care for millions.”

I'll bet Schmucky's happy...

Most of the GOP are the same. They hang the “conservative” label around their necks at election time and spout a bunch of platitudes to get our votes, then toss that label in the trash afterwards.

The Uni-Party occupies 85% of the seats of power in DC. I won’t call it “Washington”, as he would be shocked by what it is.

This is a fight to the death to restore some semblance of our Republic. People like Ryan and McConnell are just as much enemies of ours as Pelosi and Schumer are.

Once you wrap your mind around that, the last 8 years, and what’s happened since our President has been in office becomes clear.

The longer the Republicans prop up Obama Single-Payer Insurance, the longer the CommieCrats will fight for it.

This deep rooted entitlement will not be repealed.
So it is either the GOP plan or a much worse plan
if McConnell is forced to work with Chuckie and his band
of dirty rats.

Either way, it will not be repealed.

Let’s face it - the GOP establishment doesn’t really want to eliminate Obamacare.

It’s not their money so they would rather weasel out of their promises so they can’t be accused of being heartless and taking medical care away from freeloaders.

That is why they keep coming up with proposals that are basically still Obamacare with a few tweaks.
