Can I ask a question?

If, and IMHO it is a very big if, these liberal, socialists, dimocrats, progressives, do succeed in banning President Trump from Twitter how would that stand up to a legal challenge?

You know, something about freedom of speech?

If a statue of Christ in a jar of piss is protected free speech under the First Amendment why isn’t President Trump’s twitterings also protected?

Twitter is privately owned. Therefore any freedom of speech rights come from the owner(s). It is up to the owner(s) to allow or ban.

Twitter, in that respect, is similar to FR. When JR bans people from FR, he can do it for whatever reason he chooses, because he owns the forum.
