Twitter is privately owned. Therefore any freedom of speech rights come from the owner(s). It is up to the owner(s) to allow or ban.
Twitter, in that respect, is similar to FR. When JR bans people from FR, he can do it for whatever reason he chooses, because he owns the forum.

These people are first class pussies. I would be embarrassed to admit in public that I was offended by something that benign.
Considering the amount of violence these people have committed and openly advocate, it’s kind of funny that a little cartoon video like this is so horrifying to them.
I guess she forgot the two immigration bills passed in the House, the repeal but not replace conversation with the Senate, discussions with foreign leaders; the EPA killing off WOTUS; filling two more appointed positions, preparation for G20 next week; daily briefings, winning with SCOTUS and new immigration policies, etc.
Frankly, it feels as though the President spends about 10 minutes a week tweeting while the fixated reporters spend 36-48 hours reacting to and discussing each tweet. The President is doing the country's business (winning) while the liberals over react and accomplish nothing (losing).
