The city is 80% black and has poverty rate of 35%. I think I see where he is heading.He's heading towards 100% and maybe 75%. And, it will be a self-made black ghetto oppressed by the man, with its hand out for charity. He won't get all the way to 100% if he insists on sanctuary policies and the surrounding state and Federal authorities keep funding illegals. But, otherwise, without outside support, he's heading for a chocolate Venezuela.
