Exhausted swamp to the stars?
When I ran the phrase through the Latin to English site, I got Drain the swamp to the stars. About the same thing.
Back When Deliverance came out I took a date out to see it. From the good time bluegrass commercials on the radio, I actually thought it was a bluegrass movie. I totally into bluegrass and old timey music back them and was aided by WMAU and their 24/7 bluegrass format. Boy was I surprised. So was she. I can’t imagine walking into a prison at that young age (in this day and age) and expecting anything less than “squeal like a pig.”
Poor Bed Beatty. How many people over the years saw him in movies and thought “that’s that dude that got boofed in Deliverance”
