Same here. How exactly does SCOTUS reviewing the lower court injunctions translate to the reinstating the ban (as the title states)? Misleading title?

If you read the “fine” print in the articles, the entire ban is re-instated except for those that have family members here, visas to colleges or are going to give speeches. Therefore, refugees or others that don’t have any connection are BANNED. Second, three judges dissented because they would have allowed the entire ban to stand. Postponing it until October is sort of moot since the ban is for 90 days. To me, the Liberals are going crazy, the country is safer and that is a WIN.
