The headline is accurate.
You posted two threads on this news this morning. The first from Breitbart, the second from Daily Caller.
The Breitbart content did not expound the claim of the headline. It merely stated that SCOTUS would ‘review’ the Travel ban rulings by lower courts. Therefore, for a person reading for the first time, the headline appeared misleading and some of the posts reflected the confusion.
The Daily Caller cleared it up. They noted that not only would SCOTUS review the lower court rulings on the subject but that they would stay the injunctions.
Daily Caller did a much better job.
