I wonder if this retracted story was it? Certainly the bombshell backfired, if one and the same.

Wasn’t it that Comey professor pal who just tweeted “tick,tick,tick” on a “bombshell” against Trump that was imminent?

If so, I missed it. I never heard who the professor was. Whoever it is, it wouldn't surprise me.
