Three months later they opened on the sunday after Thanksgiving
After getting out of the service ('69) and a couple years of college, I managed a mall retail store.
We closed on Saturdays at 6pm, and closed Sundays and holidays.
After a couple of years the mall required all stores to open Saturday til 9pm, Sundays and holidays.
Screw that. I quit and went back to finish my degree.

Was in downtown Baltimore 1978 or thereabouts. Stores closed on Sunday because of blue laws. Suburb stores open.
