And weren’t some Clinton foundation megadonors foreign nationals?
If so, then what Clinton did was espionage.
Spies get paid in exchange for national secrets.

But, she ‘didn’t know’ anyone was listening/viewing from the outside. And we are expected to believe that. She’s just an innocent victim. And there will be Hell To Pay, etc.
Eric Braverman, former CEO Clinton Foundation, fled for his life. He would be the one facing Hell To Pay with Hillary accusing him of allowing ‘espionage’ under her watch.
You see how it gets tangled up.
‘Plausible Deniability’ is the phrase that gives Hillary an excuse to not be accused.
However, she did send classified material over a nonsecure private server operating out of her bathroom. Comey would not prosecute her for that act of violating national security. And now Comey is gone from the FBI.
It remains to be seen if the new incoming FBI Director will pursue prosecution of Hillary Clinton over the emails.
