I have been waiting for the challenge that Roberts asked for — by a plaintiff forced to pay the ObamaCare tax penalties. No such case in the pipeline to my knowledge. With all the potential revisions and collapses, the can is constantly being kicked down the road.
Yes, they have or had a group of scumbags. Maybe they’ve cleaned up their act since. The point is that Crowdstrike was started by a few scumbags (meaning liars and cheaters) from McAffee, and witnesses in McAffee’s IT Division attest to the scumbags writing viruses to shakedown customers with.
One other revealing note about CrowdStrike, they published a false report in December 2015 about a ‘Russian Hack’ of Ukrainian anti-aircraft software to override protecting against shooting down its own aircraft, and the report stated many Ukrainian aircraft were shot down as a result.
Only it never happened.
When CrowdStrike was presented with the evidence, they retracted their report.
Then in early 2016 they investigated a ‘Russian Hack’ at the DCCC, Democratic Congressional Campaigns Committee (this is quite unknown to most people and is only known via a slip-up in comments made at the DNC), and then they investigated a ‘Russian Hack’ at the DNC.
All of their ‘Russian Hack’ stories are cast with ‘intruders’ known as ‘Fancy Bear’ and ‘Cozy Bear’.
Dmitri Alperovich is one of the CrowdStrike scumbags who hails from Russia. I think Dmitri has an overactive imagination.
So to summarize:
* Scumbag hackers at McAffee writing viruses and selling anti-virus software
* Scumbag hackers start company becoming hack investigators
* Scumbag hack investigators publish false report on ‘Russian Hack’ of Ukrainian Anti-A/C software.
* Scumbag hack investigators secretly involved in DCCC ‘Russian Hack’
* Scumbag hack investigators involved in DNC ‘Russian Hack’ which was not a hack but a leak.
Now educate yourself on the importance of understanding HACK vs. LEAK and you will be more in tune with where this whole sad affair is going.
Dunno. The arguments were so convoluted it’s ridiculous.
But they are removing a LOT of taxes from Ocare. Huge taxes. And the individual mandate.
So I go back to my original point: if the “essence” of Obamacare, as almost everyone here insisted, was the “individual mandate,” and it’s gone, then Ocare is repealed.
Otherwise, people are now moving the goalposts to say that, no the individual mandate wasn’t they key.
I won’t give away the ending, but this appears to be what Trump has done.
The way Michael Gallagher (Paul Newman) set up the antagonists reminds me a bit of what Trump is doing.
HE made certain Donald J. Trump had the wisdom needed.

It amazes me when critics from all sides (especially Rs/”conservatives” say that Trump’s tweets are impulsive, stupid, uncontrolled, distracting, shallow or whatever.
I know enough to know that whatever Trump says (or does) is done consciously, for a reason, often not visible until later. He is the last person on the planet (nay, the universe) to flail around meaninglessly or be out of control.

Interesting perspective, HL27! I do agree that his manner and method of dismantling Republican opponents during the primary season was very impressive, and his presidential campaign extraordinarily well run.
But I don’t know how much of his presidential operations have been that deeply strategized. I hope you are right. I really do.
