Among the thousands of emails published by Wikileaks, hacked from Hillary’s 2016 campaign chairman, John Podesta, one email stated that the government of Qatar gave the Clinton Foundation $1 million to celebrate Bill Clinton’s 65th birthday, funds which the foundation did not report to the State Department.
That million would seemingly violate an ethics agreement Hillary Clinton signed when she became Secretary of State in 2009, in which she promised the foundation would notify the State Department's ethics official if a new foreign government wanted to donate or "increase materially" its contributions.
HILLARY: "Oops. And I might have also stolen $6 billion missing from the State Department's contractors' fund."
AND I might have accidentally placed on the State Dept payroll, and given federal pensions, perks and security clearances to my family and all my good buddies.

Another email Hillary "forgot" to handover:
In July 2011, when Chelsea Clinton, a Clinton Foundation employee, was planning to see the U.S. women’s soccer team play in Germany. Her travel agent asked Huma Abedin to confirm that Chelsea’s travel costs could be placed on her parents’ credit card.
In an email response, Huma Abedin tells the agent that Chelsea and Bari Luri, Chelsea’s Clinton Foundation chief of staff, would be made part of the “official delegation” going to the match and she would “fly on official govt plane both ways and the State Dept (we, the taxpayers) would take care of hotels and all transportation.”
NOTE: At the time we, the taxpayers were footing her bills, Chelsea was between jobs, but was a highly-paid, fully-employed Clinton Foundation executive w/ her own chief of staff.

I don't know about the flowers, but maybe there are no flags because the Saudi flag says: "There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his Prophet" above a white sword?? (Green is the traditional color of Islam.)
