Don't misunderstand my previous comment. I agree that the Russians had no impact on the outcome of the election. I'm just saying that, like a lot of other things, Obama didn't care what was happening as long as he thought Hillary would win.
Or to put in another way:
Obama and others in his administration did not care how many laws they were breaking as long as they were certain Clinton would win.

That is my reading too plus he had at best mixed feelings about H becoming President. His campaigning for her was less than vigorous. He went through the motions in summary. If he wasn’t on the ballot he really didn’t care. He said it was ok for illegals to vote assuring them they wouldn’t get in trouble. If the Saudis were bankrolling H what did he care since they probably bankrolled him too. I don’t think Russia was even on the radar during the campaign for 0.
