Maybe it is a Canadian thing, but service has gone downhill, due to changes in policy. Use to be they would apologize for screwing up and order and would refund part of the order or give you a free burger. Not anymore. I went the next day and said they forgot something on my order the day before and they asked why I didn’t return right away – yeah, right, I get home and am going to drive back 5 miles because you missed a burger in my order – I don’t think so. Now they don’t even apologize or refund or anything.
