I’m not aware of that as I pretty much haven’t followed most of this stuff any longer.....wastes a lot of y time , so I just check now and then to see where things are....When they arrest someone then I might be interested...until then it’s a lot of smoke and mirrors.

In that position, he could ONLY investigate - and he did a tremendous job - but he couldn't PROSECUTE - people still don't understand that.
I don't know if he can, in his new position - or if he can't, will SESSIONS wake the frig up and start doing HIS job. Because of him - this railroad to impeachment charade is going full swing - doing great damage to our country !!!!
Sessions need to be taken to the woodshed. It looks more and more like he's part of the never-Trumpers - recuses himself, bows out of his duties and lets the dark state take the reins.
So he rec used himself on the Russian cr*p - but what about all the rest - Clinton's Pay for Play, emails, Benghazi, Loretta Lynch, Comey's leaking (THAT's a CRIME, Sessions) and it's coming out that he leaked a lot - maybe was the head leaker... Hello, Session, where are you? And why hasn't Trump's nominee for FBI directer been put in yet? (rhetorical) -
And then there are those who will say the “intercept” was actually a plant by the Russians to help the Trump campaign. This could just stick us back right in the same old Russian interference narrative. Campaign against Lynch over this, another GOPe anti Trump plot???
Excuse me, but why isn’t USAG Jeff Sessions investigating the Lynch/Clinton email server cover-up? Nothing ever happens when the House or Senate investigates ANYTHING. We need action now, no more empty words, no more dog & pony shows.

Politically, there was no INTENT to mislead or obstruct.
No reasonable prosecutor [that continues to value their life] would bring ANY charges against her.

It is ridiculous to assume they can bring charges against Lynch for saying “call it a matter” instead of an investigation.
It is equally ridiculous to assume they can bring charges against Lynch for meeting Bill Clinton to talk about XXXXXXX, which can not be proved.
They better have something else. Something substantial.
