It took me too long to realize that this wasn’t intended as parody. But if the author is serious about ending the scourge of “white supremacist attitudes”, she should recommend that white women crawl under a rock and quietly wait for their end. The recommendations in this article would contaminate what she considers superior races with icky whiteness.

Yes. At first thought it was a “Modest Proposal”. But this nutty thinking fits in well with what is actually being taught in universities across the country in mandated diversity and Women’s Studies classes.
