“Mansplaining” was so 2016. Half way through 2017, the Huffington Post is peddling a new complaint to add to the American lexicon: “Whitesplaining.”
HuffPo’s “social justice blogger,” Jade Greear, explains this new offense.
“Have you ever had an experience where someone is explaining to you, in a patronizing way, something you actually already know quite a lot about?” she asks. “Possibly about your own life experiences as an African American or Latino? That is whitesplaining—to explain or comment on something in a condescending, overconfident, and often inaccurate or oversimplified manner, from the perspective of the group one identifies with, thereby clearly exhibiting their own bias.” Greear says that while “whitesplaining” can be well-intentioned, it is inherently subjective. It perpetuates racism, she argues, precisely because “racism is not subjective.”
“My life experiences and oppression—my truth as a 19-year-old black woman—cannot be invalidated because of the inability of someone with privilege to see it,” she writes.
Greear cites a few examples of “whitesplaining,” referencing issues where she apparently feels white people have no right to weigh in. It was “not only condescending [but] particularly harmful,” she says, when TV hosts weighed in on Colin Kaepernick’s protests, or when “self-professed political pundits whitesplain[ed] why blacks should have voted for Trump.” She adds: “Whitesplaining perpetuates white privilege, which fuels racism and only serves to erode the progress we have made in the fight for racial equality in America.”
By that line of reasoning, any dispute with Greear’s opinions, which are rooted in her impenetrable personal experience, are not only illegitimate; they’re actually racist. Instead of civil discourse, she demands deference
“Let me translate what this bigot is saying; “shut up, I’m talking”.”
More like incoherent babbling (aka blacksplaining).
Blacks have been blacksplaining not only what whites say, but what we think and feel, for so long, that some of us have just decided to stop arguing with them (can’t argue wth people whose only line of debate is “lalalalala I can’t hear you, shut up”), and just agree, yes, we don’t want anything to do with you. (But hey don’t get to rob us into the bargain).
White flight? Wouldn’t have ever happened if blacks didn’t want to always be next to us (the better to prey on us, because nothing else seems to happen from the proximity).
The very concept of “whitesplaining” is such an existential threat I can’t imagine having a conversation about it, I’d be seeking safe cover. It’s sheer insanity.

It’s a good thing these anti white liberals don’t know how to do things with their hands, like make gas chambers, because that is the direction their rhetoric is heading.
Call me racist if you must but give me one example of a nation succeeding with black leadership. I can’t think of any American cities thriving under black leadership. If not for the Caucasian race there would be nothing, we’d still be living in the jungle and wiping our arses with leaves.

emancipation, civil rights, human rights... the majority has to go along with it or it don’t get done.
The objective of creation of new crimes like whitesplaining or mansplaining is to convince targets of automatic guilt, putting them on the defensive a priori.
The new terms aim to make the target unable to defend himself, to lower resistance to some form of impending dictatorship or attack.
I like your style. I don’t give a $hit either. I always told my children, “if you don’t like the rules here, get the hell out.” (ps. I wouldn’t have said it if I thought they had the guts to actually move out but they didn’t know that!) And they all turned out to be great, productive and successful adults who are also Deplorables! GO TRUMP! Hold your heads high, white people because minorities don’t give a $hit about us either.
Affirmative action and all the rest of the “social justice” bowing to blacks’ demands seems to have only made the relations worse between blacks and whites. The squeaky wheel keeps crying out for more grease...
It’s human nature to avoid close association with people who are unlike you and very obviously not of your tribe. Popular Black Culture creates more difference between our peoples and causes more seperation. If you’ve ever had a car stop next to you at a traffic light and couldn’t avoid hearing the gutter “lyrics” of a particularly nasty rap song at an ear-numbing volume, did you enjoy it or just want to get far away?
You know the answer to that (assuming that I’m a civilised human, which I am). I love the music that I love, but I see no reason to “express myself”, or force the attention of others, no matter how negative that attention, by blasting it out and forcing them to hear it.
“whitesplaining”, you mean when I describe to others how impossible it is for my kids to get college scholarships because they don’t meet a certain criteria...”person of color”, is that what you mean?. Or when I try to point out that every other supervisor I’ve worked for is incompetent beyond belief and possibly that’s because they are an affirmative action hire...you mean that? Should I go on...I can.
I’m tired of all this blacksnivelling.
This is what happens when you give schools tax dollars and leave them alone.
I had to chuckle when I read of business owners playing classical music to discourage certain undesirables from hanging around their establishments.

Of course. When you give in you validate the premise, and you give time and $$$ for them to sit around and stew in resentment.
Economy of words (niggardsplain ) can be an effective way to communicate. Maybe next time Rep. John Lewis or someone takes to the floor to filibuster, someone could ask him to quit wasting time and start niggardsplaining.
