Rand Paul is right. The Senate bill is Obamacare Lite.
I like Trump, I voted for him, but this bill is a disaster. The Senate bill is basically the same as Obozocare without the taxes to pay for it. The House bill is marginally better.
I don’t see anything in these bills that is going to solve the problems most people have with bozocare as it is now. Individual policies will be less affordable than ever for the people most interested in them. And when this new system collapses, Trump and the GOP will get the blame, not the dems. It’s a trap.
And where is the provision for buying across state lines?
Not even that. The only difference is how it's funded: ObamaCare was funded by taxes; this bill eliminates the taxes, and funds itself through deficit spending.
Aside from that, I see nothing that will reduce my premiums, reduce my *astronomical* deduction and annual out-of-pocket maximum, or expand the number of providers I can choose from.
