1. After each of the one-on-one meetings with President Trump, Comey prepared a memo that contained outright lies and fabrications aimed at undermining Trump.
2. After he was fired, he sent them to his friend to read them over the phone to the New York Times. The whole charade was set up to ensure that nobody other than Comey and his friend ever saw them before they were leaked to the NYT over the phone. The NYT didn't even verify their authenticity by demanding to see them before running the story.
3. After Trump posted his legendary "He better hope there are no tapes" Twitter message, Comey went back and drafted new memos with all of the lies and fabrications scrubbed out. He gave them to his friend and to Mueller's office, and represented these as the real ones.
Brilliant!
The initial ‘there may be tapes’ served two purposes, keep Comey from lieing to the public and giving creedance to deep State wiretapping. Therefore, Comey stated he leaked because of possible tapes (which made no sense). Had Comey been an honest individual, the tweet wouldn’t have prompted him to leak or to fear possible tapes. Exposed!
And for Trump to answer the ‘tape’ question on the same day the MSM desperately wants to disparage health care is also brilliant. They can’t cover both nonstop. #A$$CLOWNS
Of course, if they actually exist they are only memos - memos written by someone who was admittedly hostile to President Trump. If these memos exist they are only of value as prompts for Comey’s remembrance of his meetings with the president (and as fuel for hysterical allegations made by Democrats and the media against Trump).
People are still requesting to see the memos.
