They are content to grumble on the sideline whispering to each other. It is sad to see that many of them are dyed-in-the-wool liberals. They carry their 'liberal rage' as some kind of merit badge, trying so hard to prove that they are liberals. To impress whom?
I get the impression that most Asians in the US, being relatively recent arrivals, tend to try to go with the flow and are focused on success in their careers. Like it or not, this is the dominant mindset of both academia and the corporate world. If the dominant mindset changes, then Asians will. Just my opinion based upon observation.
