Democrats are tired of losing and the accusations are flying.
After going all in and coming up short in Georgia's special election Tuesday, Democratic lawmakers and political operatives are venting their frustration at losing every competitive special congressional election so far this year.
Many were upset that Democrat Jon Ossoff blunted what was arguably his greatest asset antipathy toward President Donald Trump by going relatively easy on the president and avoiding controversy at all cost. Others, however, countered that Ossoff was a fine candidate who was the victim of a party that is too cautious and has lost its ability to connect with voters.
One important lesson is that when they go low, going high doesn't f**king work, tweeted Neera Tanden, the president of the liberal Center for American Progress think tank, referring to Michelle Obama's maxim from the 2016 campaign.
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee quickly sought to move past the Georgia debacle by distributing a memo to staff and Democratic lawmakers officially declaring for the first time that Chairman Rep. Ben Ray Luján (D-NM) believes "the House is in play."
"I dont make this statement lightly Ive never said it before," Luján said. "This is about much more than one race: the national environment, unprecedented grassroots energy and impressive Democratic candidates stepping up to run deep into the battlefield leave no doubt that Democrats can take back the House next fall."
And former Obama White House Senior Adviser Dan Pfeiffer warned Democrats to avoid yet another round of self-flagellating recriminations.

President Trump celebrating Handle's win last night during a CNBC interview.
They need to get even angrier and start playing hardball.
Did they blame Russia already?
And disavow such statements as ...
- From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs
- Religion is the opiate of the masses
- Liquidate the kulaks suburban white guys as a class
Communism failed in Russia for 80 years (something that Vlad and boys may just have figured out). Stop trying to bring it here, 'Rats.
The whole party is starting to get as angry as the Wicked Witch was on November 8. It’s fun to watch. We need more popcorn!
It took 20 years of losing from 1968 to 1992 (the Peanut doesn’t count) before the Dems nominated an alleged DLC moderate, Bill Clinton. They haven’t lost nearly enough yet to begin to believe there is something wrong with their message.
DEPOPULATE criminals, conmen, clintons, d’rats, dirtbags, idiots, imbeciles, liars, looters, morons, marxists, punks, progressives, socialists, scumbags, tyrants, totalitarians from the body politic.
DEFUND/DISMANTLE/DESTROY (when necessary) their collectives, foreign and domestic.
It’s easy to breathe the fresh air of freedom.
live - free - republic
WOOHOOO voters
Because her language is definitely ‘going high’! Bwahahahaha
“You got that right! But maybe she meant ‘getting’ high”
I think you’re on to something, maybe the dems new slogan:
“When they go low, we get high!”
Rats are never anything BUT angry.
Hopefully, each and every election down to dogcatcher. They are losers. Their destiny is to be losers.

Sometimes people partisans will be good losers, and sometime they will be bad losers. Ignore them. The ONLY thing that matters is that they are the "losers".

Oh, please - flatulate away.
It is an astonishly simple formulation. Democrats crave, clamor for power. They always have and they always will and their totalitarianism has worked this way since time immemorial. This is probably Mark Levin’s main point, or one of them. They simply and abjectly crave power. This (to me) is why the differences between socialism, fascism, communism, etc; are just useless nuances. They are all the same in terms of what their effects are.
Power comes from being elected to office. Being elected to office means first; detecting, identifying, and isolating the most aggrieved class(es) visible. Since every aggrieved vote counts as much as every “smug” or independent vote, the Democrat message is designed to appeal to the miscreant vote.
What a beautiful scam this is. You run for office, you promise goodies paid for out of someone else’s pocket to the most needy, you remind them of how needy they are, you decry how they are being abused by the non-needy, giving them a sense of righteousness and unfairness and victimhood and you paint yourself as their savior. It’s a completely stupid artifice proven useless and false in a thousand instances and it never gets old and it cannot be resisted.
Oh, waitress, I’ll have another cup of covfefe with my order of schadenfreude pie.
