This maneuver (send records to a presidential library) seems like a corrupt end-run around NARA data retention regulations. President Trump must not allow this corruption to succeed.
That or old fashioned obstruction of justice. Do the unmasking records have any special relevance to the Obama library, some purpose other than good place to hide them?
