How is it legal to take National Security documents and conceal them in a future Presidential Library????

The federal government still owns the records, not the museum, according to the National Archives website: “The United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records; and such records shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.”
The national Archivist has custody of the records, according to the Archives site: “Upon the conclusion of a President’s term of office, or if a President serves consecutive terms upon the conclusion of the last term, the Archivist of the United States shall assume responsibility for the custody, control, and preservation of, and access to, the Presidential records of that President.”
Since the NSC cited the five-year confidentiality window, that means the only thing specifically hiding the records is the Presidential Records Act, which has certain exceptions.
Are the records closed to the public? Yes. But not closed to the current president, Congress, or law enforcement officials who can get the information and make it public themselves.
There are a number of ways the Trump administration can choose to get at the records. Importantly, the House Intelligence Committee subpoenas should still bear fruit. Devin Nunes might just have to add the Obama Library and the national Archivist to the subpoena list.

Tom Fitton (Judicial Watch) was on Tucker Carlson last night. He claims that the Trump can subpoena the files and the “presidential library” will have to return them. Since there’s really no “library” presently, Trump will have to hunt down the outhouse Obola is currently using to “store” his “presidential papers!”

1. When did you request the unmasking, and from which agency?
2. Who in that agency actually did the unmasking? Please provide the written requests you submitted.
3. Once the names were unmasked, did you still believe there was a threat to national security from the named US persons?
4. If so, with whom did you share the information, and what actions were taken to protect America and American citizens?
5. If you did not, then you should not have shared the names with anyone else, so how did the names become known?
6. Why was any of the info detailed here deliberately withheld on the FISA application? (it's a felony to willfully withhold information when applying for a FISA).

The NSA didn’t unmask the information initially, plus later investigations found NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Seems to be proof-positive that whatever suspicions Obama/Rice/Brennan may have had to justify the unmasking were absolutely wrong, or more likely non-existent.
