She’s pretty typical of women who get into positions of responsibility and authority, then abuse their status to grind an axe.
They think NONE of the rules apply to them-they can say and do what ever they want.
Decorum, civility, courtesy, breeding, refinement, etc. are ALL sacrificed to THEIR personal message.
Pardon me, but I was brought up to believe that its a mark of your intellect and resourcefulness when you succeed WITHIN the established framework of society and societal boundaries.
After all-ANY uneducated, coarse, spoiled, selfish, superficial, immature, loudmouth ______________ (fill in the blank. Examples: drunk, child, mental defective, etc.) can RANT and make unreasonable demands!
More than likely she is a quota hire for this school. The college I work at has a 95% white local population and we recently had layoffs and all black employees, four or five in total were told they were a protected group, no layoffs. It has caused a lot of resentment amongst their coworkers.
One of these black employees is an instructor and has had numerous complaints filed on her for racist comments made in class to her students and out right gross student privacy violations, yelling students grades when they are not present across the college cafeteria being one. Yet she is untouchable because of her race and if the college ever does fire her she will file lawsuits guaranteed. Segregation and discrimination is very alive and well at Americas colleges and universities and it is condoned.
Its sad. It was so apparent from the moment she opened her mouth that the only reason she was hired by the college was because of her skin color.
