I don’t think that they are part of the EU. Possibly just Eurobusybodies meddling again.
Why is it that Europe can’t govern itself?
This “court” is not part of the EU. It is part of the Council of Europe and Russia is one of the (47) member states.
Not that that matters in the least to Putin who will certainly tell them to stick their ruling u no where.
