Indiana just changed to protect the vote. All early votes and ansentee are counted at a central location (courthouse) NOT sent to the primaries as they used to be Impectors/Judges/Clerks run the ballots through a counting machine starting at noon Their totals are finished as the first precinct totals come in.
This secures the vote within the clerks office not allowing vote manipulation at the local precincts
