Guamians are American citizens, everyone that that is born here is a natural born American since (I think) 1986.

They are US Citizens.

Guam is part of the United States - It is part of America.

America is a continent. Canadians, Mexicans, Central and South Americans are all "Americans"

Who else beside us call themselves Americans?

They are at very least Americans in the same sense that St. Paul claimed to be a Roman. They are not merely U.S. citizens. They are citizens of the United States of America. Citizens of the UNited States of America are colloquially known as "Americans".

The pineapples and sugar that come from Hawaii are not citizens, and yet they are regarded as "American-grown". Is a tomato a fruit or vegetable? It depends on whether you want a legal definition, a popular definition or a popular definition. Same goes with whether peanuts are in fact nuts.

In English (and many other languages) say “America” or “American” anywhere in the world and people all assume you are referring to the USA and citizens thereof. That is an incontrovertible fact. I’ve yet to hear or see it ever used any other way, except when people try to make a purely “academic” point.

Yes, there are many other countries in the “Americas” as a geographic region of two continents, but everyone uses “American” and “America” to refer to land and citizens of the US of A.

The identifier “American” was bequeathed to us by our Founding Fathers. It is in their writings.

You can go to any history book, or any article, or any story (and these are in the billions) and when you see the identifier “American” there is no question who exactly is referred to.

Now some men who have lost their balls are content to allow other peoples steal their identity, their heritage, their country, their future, their life.
