NYT seems to be slow reporting tonight. Much slower than they were Nov. 8, 2016. They started off pretty fast this evening but seem to be losing interest. Maybe that’s a good sign.

No, even the pundits at fivethirtyeight say the democrat doesn't stand a chance, the votes counted so far are from very heavy African American precincts, once the rest of the district is counted the Republican will win by a comfortable, maybe even double digit margin.
