What the hell am I reading here. Are you people actually saying that if our aircraft are attacked while over Syrian territory by the Russians, we should ignore them, take the hit, not fight back, what?

I'm saying that we have no right to have our aircraft attack the aircraft of the government of Syria, without an actual congressional declaration of war against Syria (which has not happened). If we want to attack ISIS camps, in partnership with Syria and Russia, that's fine. ISIS is a common enemy.
