There Is No Justice In America For Black People Killed By Cops
Huffington Post ^ | 6/16/2017 | Julia Craven

I have to write about Philando Castile, the 32-year-old black man who was shot and killed by a Minnesota police officer last July. I have to compose myself, sit at this laptop and write something profound about another black life taken by a police officer, another officer found not guilty for killing a black person.

Actually most of the Blacks killed by the police got justice. I understand that the author believes that Blacks should be able to murder, rob, rape and steal from anyone they please without consequences. But in reality, that is not the case. But in any case, only Hillary Clinton is above the law.

The stop occured becaise of a faulty taillight.

When the officer got to the car he saw Philando looked extremely similar to an armed robbery suspect that had not yet been identified...only surveillance photos that resembled Philando very very closely.

So add that to Philando not following the officer’s orders to not go for the gun and you have exactly what happened.

Philando may have not been the armed robbery suspect but in those secinds he had to react within the officer really jad 2 choices.

Shoot the threat he perceived or roll the dice that philando would not shoot him.

No person from the hood thinks a cop wants you to pull your gun for show and tell. I have no plausible explanation why Philando though he should do what he did.

They “looked like” suspects in a robbery, then he informed the cop he had a licensed gun, when asked to produce papers he reached to the papers, cop shot him. This is a bad one, the cop screwed up and acquitting him was a mistake. Sometimes the yellers and screamers have a point.

Ms. Craven finds it hard to report the truth:

(Here's what will and won't happen.....)

( Black Lives Matter movement is driving individuals to kill cops is ridiculous.

(Mike Brown...Julia Craven)

(Trayvon Martin - Julia Craen)

As a reporter Ms. Craven, a woman of color, is biased, Julia cannot tell both sides, as such she is blinded by the color of her skin.

What if your a popular comedian who raped dozens of women or a football hero who butchered his wife?

I don’t remember a shooting involving police and a black man where parents or friends said he was bad to the bone and no surprise this happened. It’s always “No justice no peace” or “Hands up don’t shoot” no matter what the circumstances.
*********************
While that is true please remember police departments have a history of always finding the cop innocent no matter the circumstances, IA investigations in most areas are handled by the immediate superior of the cop being complained about and that person is of course conflicted because if someone under them is dirty then they are harmed.. The entire blue team is against you if you fight back and that includes judges prosecutors and defense attorneys if you have one appointed... I have cop relatives and they are as dirty as they come ,, one took a vacation to South Africa (before Mandela) and shot up a ghetto with local cops for fun ,,, he funded his retirement with stolen drugs cash and guns...

“There Is No Justice In America For Black People Killed By Cops”

Of course not; it’s just another white conspiracy. Isn’t everything these days?

I don’t care if it’s 52 traffic stops over 65 years, that’s too often to be attracting the attention of the Law.

They actually get all the facts, not just the ones intended to lead you to a predetermined opinion.

Good post there, Colonel. And here’s a warning for the concealed-carry folks out there. Better not reach for your wallet during a traffic stop. Keep both hands on the steering wheel at all times. Of course you’ll won’t be able to produce your driver’s licence. But at least you won’t get shot.

Side note: The cop pulled Castile over because he matched the description of an armed robbery suspect. How did Castile match that description? He had “a wide set nose”.

After a day of modest protesting, with 18 eventually arrested (including two reporters), things appear to have settled down.

Would that have happened if Barack Obama was still our president? Somehow, I doubt it, given his obvious need to fan the flames during such “opportunities.”

It was a tragedy that Castile was shot, and it was also a tragedy that Yanez ended up in a situation where he feared for his own safety enough under the particular circumstances that he took Castile’s life.

But to Obama, in every tragedy involving a black man, opportunity seemed to lurk. Good riddance.

In my almost 23 years in police work expired inspection stickers, broken tail light, etc were always lead ins to a whole host of other charges. One of the officers that went out every day just looking for penny ante violations ended up with huge arrests because these jerks think they can get away with all kinds of violations. The last case I remember for the one officer that was a stickler for detail etc. Was an out of state homicide warrant that took thirty mins to verify, but was a good warrant. That author has a perfect last name,it fits.

I should clarify the above to read “Good riddance to Mr. Obama.”

Interesting. So it’s the “broken windows” policing model applied to drivers. Makes a lot of sense too.

Plus, if I have a taillight or headlight or turn signal light out, I appreciate being told of the problem so I can fix it.

“So, Huffpo...You are saying that blacks killed by other blacks are the bad blacks??? Because we never see marches and protests and riots when a black kills another black...

Only when a law enforcement officer does the shooting...:

The following is a passage from the book “Black Lies Matter” by Taleeb Starkes. I would highly recommend that Freepers give this author a look.

According to BLM’s (Black Lives Matter) official website, its members “affirm that All Black Lives Matter.” BLM’s affirmation that “All Black Lives Matter” absolutely exemplifies the Hypocritical Oath. Clearly, its “All Black Lives Matter” motto doesn’t apply to the black lives turned into anti-matter by black thugs - which explains why BLM’s favorite black people to rally for are the “qualified.

The Qualified

The qualified ones are blacks killed by whites. They’re the minority within a minority whose deaths will be praised and remembered more than their lives. Members of this elite club have hit the BLM lottery, and the BLM benefits package includes:

Parents may speak at the UN
A Propagandized Mural
One super qualified person may even get a Super Bowl shout out.

But wait....the perks don’t stop there:
. Canonization with eternal recognition as a martyr despite existing rap sheet
. Incessant comparisons of the Civil Rights movement i.e. Dr. King/Emmitt Till
. Foundation created with celebrity endorsements
. Funeral live streamed
. The family gets a settlement and if not, can make money selling paraphernalia. Be warned, a family quarrel may ensue.
. The white perpetrator will be characterized as a racist demon who believes black lives don’t matter
. Wikipedia page

The Disqualified

The disqualified ones are blacks killed by blacks. Being murdered sucks and for these following individuals, it sucked more because the perpetrator was black. Thus they were disqualified from national temper tantrums on their behalf, #BlackLivesMatter hashtags or any other BLM race- based grievance benefits.

Ultimately disqualified blacks have to settle for anonymity and simple makeshift rituals (stuffed animal memorials and candlelight vigils) reserved for black on black homicide victims.
