Again, you’re a child. A moronic and hysterical one at that.
Nothing good to contribute but threats and insults.
GFU child!
Exactly, and if they can convict a wealthy black celebrity with nothing but emotion, imagine what the state will do to the average American who refuses to toe the progressive line.
Think about the obvious flipside. In your zeal to catch and punish criminals it’s okay for the power of the state to occassionally grind up the innocent?
This is why self defense is always a personal responsibilty. By demanding a justice system that has a low or non-existant standard of evidence, you may eventually become a victim of it.
You have a better chance of defending yourself against the occasional criminal that skated than you do a government that has no limits.
So you are a troll!
Yeah, just like I thought, you’re all mouth.
I have a friend that was a driver for movies, theater and events in New York City. As you might image he is clean cut, well dressed and polite. He’s driven many stars and was (a then young) Tom Cruise’s personal driver for the length of a movie shoot in New York City.
He’ll readily tell you, the nastiest person he ever dealt with by far was Bill Cosby.
I don't know the particulars in this woman's case, which is the only one on trial right now due to statute of limitations or whatever else. However, having read a number of accounts from the other women who were accused, by no means did all of them willingly take drugs -- he slipped them into their beverages, not all of which were alcohol. A couple of the females were very young and even had the support of their mothers in having Cosby mentor their careers, and the behavior described was conscious "grooming" by Cosby of the young women on the implied or stated promise of getting to work on his television programs, two of which were definitely famlily-friendly and G-rated, especially the Huxtables one.
Also, a man of his wealth has had the opportunity to paint any woman he may have taken advantage of in the worst possible light. He admitted before this trial that he used drugs to soften up his sexual targets. So, it's not a cut-and-dried situation by any means.
Also, if you have ever heard or seen the videos of any of his live shows, they were filthy dirty-mouthed, in very great contrast to the wholesome Dr. Huxtable image.
And what's with his wife? Articles about these accusations appeared a number of times in the Philadelphia Inquirer, and he was gossiped about there in his home town for decades. Why did Camille put up with it? She was quoted in a magazine interview as saying, more or less, that's just how men aremen are so whatever. She accepted no responsibility, like Hillary, for enabling him to present himself as a nice family man.
Therefore let's give the woman a fair hearing. She may well have been taken advantage of.
What is your evidence for your claims about her?
I believe they went there under their own volition and Cosby’s kink was to drug and take them. I believe they knew the outcome before they went there.
Went to famous guys house or hotel . Not diner and a show. Right to famous rich guys house.
No Muslim bs but celebrity f***ers and/or gold diggers.
Cosby’s kinkiness is gross and more than disturbing but hey. It’s typical Hollywood crap.
GFY troll!
I don’t really have skin in the game either way and I could care less. On one hand the revolving door on rape victims coming out of the woodwork 30 years later and on the other, the same story with “drugs” for every single victim which makes it seem logical that he could have actually been this sick to do this. Cosby has a history of playing the race card several times also.
Sad story either way.
I tried cases for almost 20 years. The simple fact is that people with no business, management, or analytical experience, especially those who are young and are still living at home, do not do well on juries.
Jurors have job qualifications like any other job. A person without any "real life" experience in the business world is a loose cannon on a jury. They run purely on emotion, argue with everybody, call everybody names, and then pout and refuse to deliberate when they don't get their way.
Usually if there is only one, the other 11 can make her see reason. But not always. If the deliberations of the Cosby jury manage to leak out, I think you'll see that very dynamic in action.
