I have heard that they are doing the same thing here. One refugee man brings in his wife and then they add another woman but they don't call her a wife. And then they add a few more "women" and they all get on welfare and have lots of kids which gets them even more money. Meanwhile, all the wives use their own EBT cards and somehow they can afford nice cars and designer handbags.
