Putting a tax on a constitutional right is like a poll tax which was struck down because it was unconstitutional.
The libs still refuse to understand that if the ruling class of any ilk force you to do something to use your rights, they then become privileges and can be taken away at their will.

The libs still refuse to understand that if the ruling class of any ilk force you to do something to use your rights, they then become privileges and can be taken away at their will. Kind of like us gunowners that have to pay a stupid $200 transfer tax (or $5 AOW tax) stamp for Title 1 firearms under the NFA of 1934.
