Three surgeries in 28 hours? That is never a good sign.
The anesthesia is a big problem. Anesthesia is a significant “insult” to the body, especially the lungs, kidneys, liver and spleen.
Having to put a Pt under anesthesia a 3d time in such a short time frame means there were significant problems they had to correct (probably bleeding), and this 3d surgery was NOT an option.
Not good.
