Imran Awan worked at that Port in Pakistan in his early career before he was brought over as a spy to the US. He still works for Wasserman-Shultz but he still has all his Paki ties back in Pakistan and is treated as a VIP when he goes back there.
The shooting today is said to have originally targeted Rand Paul who was in batting practice as Paul is getting onboard to participate in exposing the whole Awan Paki Spy Ring conspiracy.
