Chuck Grassley is just the latest Republican who thinks he can topple Trump. It will not only fail, but will backfire on Grassley just like every other traitorous attempt has done. So who will be next? Batter up!
Grassley? He’s usually one of the few good guys. What’s his deal regarding toppling Trump? In what way?
Sign your names upon the Declaration of Independence... just as big as John Handcock did. Brave much?
The Left/NWO means to take down Trump and Pence by any means necessary. Soros funds Ryan. I believe Ryan thought he’d be the nominee last Aug.
We need an investigation into Trump’s obstruction, which Comey has admitted on record never happened, of an investigation that should never have happened in the first place.
Coup operating to plan. Come up with wild baseless charge out of a cheap spy novel. Trump Russia collusion!!! Insist on investigation due to the seriousness of charge although there is no evidence (always punctuated with “at this time”). Call for special prosecutor (so that a general investigation aimed at finding sumpin, anything to charge Trump with will result). Force the recusal of all who stand in the way. Have a corrupt Deep Stater leak a memo that nobody has seen and has conveniently been destroyed. Voila the special prosecutor.
Collusion?!?! What is that? It’s all about obstruction.
Hehe he he aren’t those Deep Staters and Dems so cute. The masses will just never get what they are up to.
Gee, I’m so glad that the Republicans have a majority in the Senate.
Grassley is a mixed bag and I've generally liked him, but now he is perpetuating the Delay/Destroy Trump agenda by opening yet another "investigation" to chase yet another baseless allegation against Trump's presidency. Deeds are more important than words, and this is a dirty deed.
Grassley’s Judiciary Committee has legal oversight of the DOJ and FBI. It’s other senators that are bungling.
People are missing the point: these hearings are intended solely to help improve the re-election prospects of committee members. Any other purpose is purely incidental.
Congressional Republicans are gutless twits.
The problem is this: When Sessions testified he said he never discussed his concerns, his performance regarding Comey with Comey. You’re someone’s boss and you don’t take about their performance before firing them? If they had talked with Comey and told him what he did with Hillary announcement was not standard procedure and violated FBI rules, then yes, there is the proof that he was fired for performance issues. But since it was never discussed with him, afraid they have a case. Stupid for Sessions to testify.
Then came Trumps interview where he said he was going to fire him anyways, regardless what DOJ recommended.
Trump shouldn’t have said that- his people have one message then he goes out and says something different.
Trumped should have fired Comey Jan 21. He should have appointed someone else for DOJ.
It’s a crap storm now-
But then Sessions was asked if anyone talked to Comey regarding any concerns or his performance issues with him directly, to which Sessions replied, no.
In both cases, there is no question the underlying order or action is legal, proper, justified, and constitutional. NO QUESTION.
And in both cases, another branch of the government is converting a perfectly legal and proper and justified action, on the principle of "it's Trump."
This is what a lawless and corrupt government looks like.
True. So what? Comey has an organization below him that, if they follow his lead, is corrupt. Management decision, summarily fire the head.
Trump and Sessions may suspect more - we know Congress does based on public questions about unmasking for political purposes. If Comey wants to reclaim his reputation, he can run for elective office and take control. That's what Sessions had to do, and did, to get into the Senate after the Senate rejected his nomination years ago.
I believe Comey is in legal jeopardy as well, although that is kept secret to protect the innocent.
This is all they do. It’s really time to leave the Republican party. There needs to be another option.
send it to the labor board.
how about investigating whether law enforcement interfered in elections by showing improper partisanship which has continued in the form of obstruction of the new administration?
Gee, Im so glad that the Republicans have a majority in the Senate.

I know, right? All those “we’ll repeal Obamcare” and “We’ll pass tax cuts”
Aren’t we lucky how they’ve lived up to all their promises?
By crippling our President? His own party? Yea good luck inspiring your base to come out and re-elect, Uni-Party Pubs.
