Is anyone else asking the question of why the shooter was no more accurate than he was with a rifle from behind third base towards second Base? Has he ever been to a range to practice at all? Scalice is very fortunate. The shooter had to be a novice.
I was thinking the same. This guy just got his hands on this weapon in the last week. No doubt about it.
