Indictments are only handed down after evidence has been presented to a Grand Jury, and the Grand Jury votes a True Bill of indictment. The prosecution has to present the evidence to the Grand Jury, they can’t draw up the indicments by themselves.

I do know that Indictments must be presented to a Grand jury. I was saying that there is already substantial evidence for sessions to use. Hillary admitted using her server for Classified information. She hid emails up to today. She lied about turning over all emails. Would take much to indict her. Not talking about everything she has done. That itself would take her down “Bigly”(legal term).

Comey has already said(under oath) that Lynch hindered the investigation into Hillary. He also admitted to ignoring the investigation in its entirety after Lynch became involved. Both could easily be Indicted.
