Ahhh a naysayer...do you know what the COS is, what it’s about or what it’s for?
In general terms yes BUT - my main point is, the United States has a perfectly good Constitution, if it were followed. But power of the States and individuals has been increasingly usurped by Fed.gov, and its cronies - purely by the fact they can derive money out of the creation of debt.
