James Comey, the former FBI director who was fired by President Trump last month, is expected to tell a Senate committee that the president asked him to back off the investigation into Mike Flynn, a source told The Wall Street Journal on Wednesday.
The report said Comey could testify as early as next week.

Comey leaked his own memo via a Columbia law school professor.
“The Russian document mentioned a supposed email describing how then-Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch had privately assured someone in the Clinton campaign that the email investigation would not push too deeply into the matter “

So Comey used a friend at law school to leak out the he had memos/tapes....
Comey just said he wrote the memo after hearing there might be a tape.
But dinner with the President is a different matter.
I'd put the guy on suicide watch and keep him away from Marcy park.
