I agree with your post in its entirety. To which I’d add: In my neck of the woods, there are many Blue Dog Democrats, folks who have voted Dem all their lives, because that’s what their parents and grandparents did. But they went for Trump this time.
I see no value in insulting those folks. Better to try to win them over, permanently, instead.
That being said, I’m sure Eric Trump didn’t mean to insult every last Dem. It was just something he blurted out, out of frustration - because the far-left behaves in such a despicable manner.
Understand fully criticism of these comments. But how would any of us react after what’s went on the past almost five months now? I suppose the Trumps and us should have expected this as the planned swamp draining is hitting the D.C. establishment where it lives. But much of what has been said and done is not humanity at its best.

Imo...trump was right if he did get upset about no paper trail..etc.its a business with tax ramifications. I would have tightened it up,too.
