If that undermines anything, the justices are fools.

Sessions is a little slow on the take up. DOJ is in need of a leader.

Same crap as his Mexico comments when he opened his campaign. He speaks plainly and the fake journalists at WSJ cannot handle that language.

Girls.

Now that the travel ban is going to the SC he can say anything; there will be enough judges that will follow the Constitution.

Here, here! Sessions, who is always looking for an excuse to apologize or recuse, is absolutely the wrong guy for AG in this climate.

What the morons at the WSJ don’t seem to realize is that it STILL doesn’t matter what Trump says; if the language of the EO comports with the law, what he says about it is immaterial.

He called it a travel ban. They had accused him of calling it a muslim ban.

Now they are all repeating that it is a travel ban.

Are they really that stupid?

They really go out of their way to avoid using the adjective “President”.

Did they ever call Larry Sinclair’s boyfriend, Mister Obama?

If Trump had followed the advice of the WSJ editorial board Hillary would be president.

The Supreme Court doesn’t get swayed by tweets.

-- If that undermines anything, the justices are fools. --

The judges below found that campaign rhetoric and other off the cuff remarks control the outcome of analysis of the language of an EO.

I'm with Trump on this - if SCOTUS wants to join in that means of legal analysis, by all means, get it in the open.

The hand-wringers (like Kellyanne Conway's husband) are lawyers who defer to "legal analysis of EO by reference to twitter." More idiots. As if there is a shortage.

Sessions is just fine. He’s the mouse that roars. It’s all about timing.

It’s only the WSJ attempting to misdirect the attention of its readers to thinking Trump is a fool ... when he is clearly .. NOT.

Agree. It’s as if their only source of information is CNN and late night comedy.

They don’t even realize how out of touch they are with most Americans, or that most of their readership thinks they’re idiots.

WSJ. I work at a financial firm. Regardless of how my coworkers voted, they can’t argue with the market’s performance, and many are starting to rethink their perception of Trump.

The travel ban and all associated with it is not the issue. The Supreme Court will determine if President Trump has the right to enforce his Constitutional/Congressional mandated immigration powers.
