No, according to the article, she was hired as a Contract Employee this past February.
“Winner had been a government contractor with Top Secret clearance at a Georgia facility since February, according to the DOJ.”
According to what I read, she got it in November, and went to Georgia in Feb. Perhaps she was a suspect, and was put on the job so she could be watched; tested. She barely made it past her 6 month probation. (November to June).
