If Kerry and Obama were convinced that sending $100 billion of American taxpayer dollars annually to third world leaders, not known for their honesty and management skills, to develop clean energy was such a great ,planet saving idea, why didn’t they submit it to the US Senate for hearings and ratification? The word Kerry has entered the Farsi language of Iran. Loosely translated it means “pompous, narcissistic, fool”. Kerry and Obama are vile men who have done great harm to the American people.
