Regarding the recent controversy with Kathy Griffin, we have heavily considered all factors involving a decision to cancel her performance on October 13. With Ms. Griffin's public apology and release of any further contractual obligation, we are now confirming 100% cancellation of the performance scheduled here at the Sunset Center on October 13."
