Its got all the hallmarks - much of it is based on blind faith. A sinful, wasteful man must be controlled, let the climate gods be angry and curse us with any kind of natural disaster. We must build windmills as a sign of our piety and belief.
There are certain political-religious intermediaries, like Al Gore, who can intermediate with the gods on our behalf.
But the agreement is designed to end our sovereignty and economic oil and other resource use. Plus it is a global taxation system.
