To my amazement, no anti-Trump conservative writer sees it that way. They all thought during the election, and still think, that while it would not have been a good thing if Hillary Clinton had won, it wouldn't have been a catastrophe either. They thought Hillary would be 'just fine' because she was no threat to THEM - and to their DC LIFESTYLE. Never Trumpers don't give a damn about the country - they care about their place on the DC hierarchy. That makes them morally bankrupt - - which negates this whole piece.
