I don't see anywhere where she mentions the United States by name. I see references to Germany and Europe standing on their own (a good thing), and she refers to "allies," but I don't see where she singles out the United States or blames Trump for anything.
Then again, she doesn't have to. The anti-Trump media (but I repeat myself) are all too willing to do that for her.
