Actually, I think this may be doublespeak.
They are SAYING its about illegal aliens ... but it is probably about so-called “refugees” instead.
At issue isn’t so much the use of toilets but the style of toilets. Many countries use a style of toilet where you stand on raised foot pads and crap standing up.
This is actually important because when people crap sitting down in an ordinary sitting position there is an anatomy related issue that makes it slightly harder to crap. Look up the “Squatty Potty” for more info.
If you’ve been crapping standing up your whole life our toilets aren’t the best.
Incidentally, our handicapped access able toilets, which are higher, may make things worse for the elderly having age related issues with poop even while they make it easier to sit and stand. The old, short toilets were probably better to begin with.
